Tom has been an avid volunteer for the last 25 years, with organizations such as Big Brothers
of Toronto, Athletes In Action, SU Sportz, Ajax Spartans Minor Baseball Association, Toronto
Auxiliary Police, St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church and now a proud volunteer with the Oshawa
Dodgers Baseball Club.

It was announced recently that Tom will be one of only 45 recipients in Canada of the Governor
Generals Caring Canadian Award for his past Volunteer work.

His involvement with baseball has been as a coach at Bantam Midget and Select Convener
with the Ajax Spartans Minor Baseball Association, but most importantly his involvement was
due to being a great fan of this sport.

In his Professional life Tom has been a business owner with experience in Sales and
Marketing. He is divorced and a proud father of  a 22 year old son.
