Fosbery Leads Leafs to Victory

Ryan Fosbery's two-run single in the eighth inning gave Toronto Maple
Leafs a 6-5 lead which they never relinquished over the Oshawa
Dodgers in the lone Intercounty Baseball League game played tonight.

Jon Lockwood earned the pitching victory for Toronto going seven
innings and allowing three runs on seven hits.  He walked one and struck
out seven. Jeff Reeves got credit for the save.

Matt Tosoni of Oshawa was charged with the loss.  He gave up one
earned run on one hit after replacing Aaron Gordon who went seven
innings and gave up three runs on seven hits and two walks.  He struck
out two batters.

Ryan Fosbery led Toronto with two hits and two RBIs.  Doug Dimma had
a single and two RBIs while Joe Colameco, Dan Gibbons, and Damon
Topolie all connected for two hits apiece.  Brett Prosper was the best for
Oshawa with one hit and two RBIs.  Brad McConnachie and Steve Lewis
had two hits each.
