Errors Prove Costly for Dodgers
Winning pitcher Carlos Birriel (2-3) went 7 2/3 innings, allowing only four
earned runs on six hits with eight strikeouts and five walks as the
Kitchener Panthers downed the Dodgers 8-6. Russell Deutschmann
pitched 1 1/3 innings to finish up, giving up only one walk to pick up the
Pete Molloy led the Panthers with four hits including a double, home run
and 2 RBI’s while Mike Andrulis added three hits and Chris Novia two.
Jordan Castaldo and Ken Calway each had two hits for Oshawa while
Mike Reeves had three RBI’s on one hit.
