Panthers Salvage Split in Game Two Victory Over
Dodgers

In Kitchener, Ben Eghoetz pitched a complete game six-hitter to lead
the Kitchener Panthers past the Oshawa Dodgers 6-1.

Eghoetz allowed one run with three strikeouts and three walks in the
second game of the doubleheader with the Dodgers winning game one
7-1.

Chris Novia drove in three runs for the Panthers, while Jeff Pietraszko
had a hit, scored twice and drove in two more runs in the victory.

Jordan Castaldo had one of Oshawa’s six hits and drove in the lone
Dodger run. Adam Garner was the starter and loser for the Dodgers,
going five innings and allowing six runs on seven hits with four
strikeouts and two walks.
